In Writing 

The shouting from the small Taipei condo angered nearby floor residents accustomed to the peaceful considerate ways of every neighbor.  The strange short white haired Chinese man from that noisy apartment on the 8th floor always seemed to be coming and going from somewhere with his suitcase. His English was almost perfect and when he encountered the rare foreigner in the elevator he was eager to curse the CCP, hoping to find an ally and rationale to his behavior.
