Any person or corporation found to be extracting such data including any associates, friends and family shall be prosecuted to the full extent of Canadian law by Taicanada.com.
Those with no prior contact with Taicanada.com or its owner, those who solicit business from Taicanada.com through social media and those without verifiable Canadian professional licenses requiring citizenship or residency may receive Canadian identity verification requests to clear communications. Parties may be also be subject to further inquiries through social media platform administration should questions of conflict on interest, malicious or nefarious intent be discovered at any time.
Such incidents may also lead to filing of complaints, possible claims and more formal requests for termination of those accounts if fraudulent representation or statements have been made.
Taicanada.com does not use or permit to be used any Wechat, TikTok or any CCP China based messaging by any of its employees. It also reserves the right to request all those with whom it engages in business to disclose any account with such China based social media firms that fall under CCP control.

- Confidential information (the "Confidential Information") refers to any data or information relating to the Client, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Client and that is not generally known and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client.
- The Contractor agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which the Contractor has obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement.
- All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the Contractor under this Agreement is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this Agreement or how it was provided to the Contractor.
